Friendship Heights Rehabilitation Center submits to all insurance carriers including all out of network providers.
We accept Workman’s Comp and Personal injury/MVA cases.
FHR actively participates with Medicare and the Blue Cross Blue Shield programs excluding Blue Choice. Many carriers require pre-authorization of physical therapy services.
Before Physical Therapy
We will need your insurance information prior to scheduling your first appointment so that we may verify your benefits for therapy services.
Our office will gladly handle all authorizations and inform you of your coverage prior to your first treatment. In many cases, you will be responsible for the deductible and co-payment/co-insurance, if applicable.
