I came to Friendship Heights Rehabilitation after developing ITB issues while training for the Marine Corps Marathon. Jason completed my initial assessment, and Lynn was my therapist. With both their help, I am now able to run three miles without pain, and am on my way back to being able to complete a marathon this fall. I really appreciated their ability to make my exercises more challenging to provide me with ways to complete the exercises in my gym, and their running critiques.

I have received therapy recently for osteopenia at the urging of Dr. Vivian Fraga, my Gyn. I am so glad I took her advice! My therapist has helped me develop an at home exercise program to strengthen my bones and slow down bone loss. I’m headed for osteoporosis with my family history but now I hope to do something about that!

I was quite happy to find Terri Rodda as the Director of this facility. She personally helped my husband rehab both shoulders after surgeries to 100% range of motion and renewed strength. Her expertise and commitment to the patient gave me full confidence in her team at Friendship Heights. Now from my own experience as well I would highly recommend FHR to anyone seeking PT or rehab. I arrived with a severe problem with my neck which was limiting my life’s activities. After wonderful care and instruction from Sara and much practice-the results have been dramatic.
