This is a program designed for those who have an interest in working with one of our personal trainers. Our wellness program is limited to our clients who have finished their acute physical therapy & rehabilitation. It is a program designed to provide you with the right exercises, knowledge, and motivation to reach new "heights".

The wellness staff will modify your program and evaluate your progress and your goals on a regular basis to develop the best post physical therapy program for you. We work around your past injuries and occasional aches and pains to provide you with a safe and effective exercise program - designed just for you - to focus on your goals, interests and dreams.

Personal Training
Friendship Wellness provides an opportunity for our clients to return to the clinic following their acute rehabilitation to work with one of our rehabilitation technicians on a one-on-one basis. Our rehabilitation technicians are exceptional individuals with a strong background in personal training and a bachelor's degree in the field of kinesiology, exercise science, or exercise physiology.

Our clients deserve the very best and we feel that our staff must have education and experience to best help you with achieving your goals.

Massage Therapy
We plan to add massage therapy services in the near future as an adjunct to acute rehabilitation as well as post rehabilitation.
